
After expanding its HDTV lineup with the introduction of the LG 55LHX and the LG LH85, the company is back with a new nettop PC.
The brand new nettop PC is called the LG Xpion X30, reports Akihabara. Boasting of its Nvidia chipset, the X30 is said to be capable of handling high definition video playback.
The Xpion X30 is powered by Intel Atom 230 which is a 1.6GHz processor. The Nvidia Ion chipset that the nettop incorporates is said to be capable of playing high definition videos along with graphically demanding applications like games. The 2GB RAM and 250GB hard drive complement the Intel processor and enhance the performance of this nettop PC.
Apparently, the X30 weighs approximately 2.4lbs and can be powered by just 40 watts of energy. The Xpion features around six USB ports and is enough to be conveniently mounted on to the back of a LCD.
Well, the LG Xpion X30 is now available with Windows Vista operating system. It is speculated that this nettop will be made available in a Window 7 version later. The pricing and availability details of the X30 are yet to be disclosed.
