Sony Co introduced its new W Series Walkman players in the market and NWZ- W202 is the first one in that series. Sony NWZ-W202 walkman player is designed for users who like to hear music all the time via wireless. It is designed by building the MP3 player inside the headphones.
Sony NWZ-W202 player comes with a storage of 2GB and the company says that it is the perfect solution for the issues arised due to the problem of RF and Bluetooth. The Sony W202 consists of two rectangular-shaped audio modules. Each audio module is 2 inches long, 0.8-inch wide and 0.4-inch deep. Both modules are attached with each other with the help of a flexible neckband.
Other main feature of the sony Walkman NWZ-W202 is “Zappin” which allows you to browse through the songs by playing a snippet of the chorus of each track. The W202 supports MP3, AAC, and WMA music file formats.The $69 Sony Walkman NWZ-W202 is designed with earbud-style headphones and comes in two color variants – pink and black.
Weighing just 1.3 ounces, the W202 is the smallest and lightest MP3 player available in the market at the moment. Sony claims a battery life of 12 hours for the W202 music player. It ran for a solid 14 and a half hours on a single charge. Just like other sony players it also supports Quick charge, wherein the player can play for 90 minutes on just a three minute charge.

Thanks for the review. Sony W-Series Walkman has user friendly features. The audio quality is superb. It is a good quality walkman. The MP2 player of 2GB is one of the best feature. It is available in 2 colours pink and black. The price is quiet reasonable.
Hello, Found your blog on bing, and I just wanted to say that I appreciated the information.
I find that this unit has the tendency of coming loose at the ear even though you put the ear buds in snugly at first. Even though it has a very nice bass to a small unit, the effect is lost once the ear buds works it’s way loose. The tension of the flexible wire that forms the heart shape needs to be much stronger to maintain the pressure such that the ear buds stay put in order to generate the available bass effect.
As a conclusion I would prefer listening to audio books with this unit(Sony Walkman NWZ-W202 cordless MP3 headset)rather than music as the narration of audio books does not need bass as much as music. What a shame.
