Acer Iconia Smart A300 Smartphone Android in India – Price & SpecificationsAcer announced its Iconia Smart A300 smartphone in February at the MWC 2011 (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona. The company has now launched this phone in India as well. The main plus point in this device is that it runs the Gingerbread Android 2.3.3 OS.
The other notable features of this smartphone are that it has a processor of 1 GHz with 480×1024 resolutions. The Touchscreen mobile has a display of 4.8 inches.

The weight of this mobile is 185 grams having dimensions of 141.7 x 64.5 x 13.6 mms.It has dual cameras with 8MP back camera and 2MP camera at front position.

Initially, it would be available in Silver color. And is expected that the company will provide the handsets in the coming 3-5 weeks in retail stores i.e., most probably by in the last week of June or first week of July 2011.

BSNL Re-Launches Advance Rental 3G Data Plan- 4200Pan India 3G mobile service operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today Re-launched “Advance Rental 3G Data Plan” for Rs. 4200 with 6 month validity along with some modification in free data usage for its subscribers in Karnataka telecom circle.

BSNL’s New Prepaid 3G Data Recharge Voucher (DRV) of Rs. 4200 offers 36 GB FREE data usage (6 GB per Month Up to 6 Months) and comes with the validity of 180 days from the date of recharge.

The free 6 GB 3G data usage per month will be valid for Home as well as National Roaming across India.The promotional offer is available for 90 days w.e.f. 19-05-2011. It is significant to say that the similar Advance Rental 3G Data Plan of Rs. 4200 with six month Validity and Unlimited 3G Data usage benefit was launched in November 2010 as a promotional offer and withdrawn on 18.02.2011.
